Recipe:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tbsp garlic minced or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Just mash the avocado and stir in remaining ingredients! This would go great with fajitas, rice & beans!
